How It Works

The Owner Benefit Package is 100% optional. Rental units are auto-enrolled but owners can opt out within 30 days for a full credit. After 30 days, the subscription remains active until cancelled.

Owners who accept a Rent Advance™ offer do not need separate Rental Income Protection, since rent has already been paid upfront.

How much does property management cost with OneSource?
We charge a 10% monthly management fee based on collected rent. Tenant placement is one month's rent (or $250 for properties with an existing tenant). Lease renewals are $500. Volume discounts are available for portfolios of 3+ properties or units renting above $2,500/month.
What areas do you serve?
